The rights of this web site as described above belong to the company under the name THERMISIA S.A. HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES, which is the owner and operator of Nautica Bay Hotel in Porto Heli Argolida, Greece.

We respect your personal data and guarantee that when you browse through our web site, we do not collect personal or other data.

We shall only ask for your personal information:
1. When you make a reservation or buy something from our website or via our reservations team through the phone, email, fax, participation to a contest or offer or through mail.
2. When you participate to the evaluation of our services helping us this way to improve them.

To confirm your reservation you will be asked to deposit to the Company’s bank account – THERMISIA S.A. – an amount corresponding to one overnight stay at the hotel Nautica Bay.
You can confirm your reservation through the payment of cash money or through credit card. Upon arrival the reception will request total payment of the agreed duration of stay.
In case of confirmation of your reservation with the deposit of cash money in one of the company’s bank accounts, please enter the name of the reservation on the deposit.
You may also confirm your reservation through our Online Booking with the use of your credit card. For that you will be asked to enter the number of your credit card, its expiry date and the three digit number at the back of your card CCV. These data are only accesible from the bank.

In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 21 days prior to arrival the deposit may be refunded or transferred for another stay as requested by you.

In case of cancellation of the reservation within the last 21 days prior to arrival the deposit shall not be refunded but it can be transferred for another stay. In case of early departure, the hotel will charge 1 overnight.

Bank duties and charges are paid by the guest.

The reservation remains confirmed up to the day of your arrival. If you fail to show up and have not called us by 18.00 on the arrival day then the deposit shall not be refundable.
Our company for security reasons reserves the right and the guest is granting us with the confirmation of the reservation the right to verify the credit card details that have been given by the card holder and receive authorization or collect the agreed deposit.

By using our web site you acknowledge that conditions may change or get cancelled without notice.

The sign, the logo and the name of our website and hotel, are trade marks deposited to and protected by the GTO and the Commercial Chambers of Greece.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, print part or all of the text or photos included in our web site.

We bear no liability for any information about other websites, itineraries and in general services that may appear on our website but are not under our control.

Every issue that may rise resulting from the use of this web site shall be regulated and construed according to Greek Law and the parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts of Athens.
